Tielock ZBAR – Lightweight & Corrosion-Resistant Reinforcement Tie Bars
The Tielock Range features high-strength Fibreglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) ZBARs, engineered as an innovative alternative to traditional steel tie bars in formwork systems. These bars provide excellent tensile strength, chemical resistance, and are ideal for applications where steel reinforcement is unsuitable due to corrosion risks or magnetic interference.
Available in 16mm and 20mm diameters, each Tielock ZBAR is supplied in 5.8 metre lengths. Lightweight and easy to handle, these bars are perfect for projects requiring non-metallic reinforcement solutions, such as water-retaining structures, chemical plants, and infrastructure exposed to aggressive environments.
