Spider Metal Wire Bar Chairs or Metal Spider Chairs are used to provide support for reinforcing mesh and bar when laying concrete slab or formwork. Wire Bar Chairs are a simple, stable, 4-legged chair, with an indentation to support reinforcement bars.

These wire chairs are strong and durable and are available in various sizes. Due to its plastic dipped foot, they provide minimal exposure for precast and formwork. Furthermore, the plastic coating preventing corrosion, and subsequently preventing rust from entering the concrete which can cause concrete cancer.
Pizza Plates can be used in combination with metal bar chairs to provide support for the bar chairs on soft surfaces. They help prevent the legs of the wire spacer from sinking into the ground by evenly distributing the weight over a greater area.
